The second floor has another kitchen with a dining area, a spacious bathroom with a massage tub, a bedroom, and a living room. The third floor offers two additional bedrooms, another bathroom with WC, and a children's corner with numerous toys and a play area, making the villa perfect for families with children.
The back of the villa offers a majestic view of Mount Učka, a perfect spot to relax and recharge for the challenges ahead. Enjoy preparing meals on the gas grill while the children play on the playground with swings, a trampoline, and hanging bowling. In the evenings, romantic lighting around the pool creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

Minimum stay of 5 days is required from 01.06.-13.09.2026. & 02.06.-13.09.2027.
Special offer: We offer an additional 10% discount for stays of 15 days or more.
Upon arrival, a deposit of 300.00 Euros in cash is required.
The deposit is intended to cover damages and will be returned to the guest upon departure if no damage has been caused.
Pool towels are included in the price.
Pool heating is charged at 10 euros per day.
