Noise and Neighborhood
Destroying others' property, causing disturbances, and disturbing neighbors are prohibited, especially creating noise between the hours of 24:00 and 8:00.
Visitors

Parties
Large gatherings and parties are not allowed. Small gatherings are permitted only if they adhere to noise, safety, visitor, and property protection rules.
Vehicle Parking
Please park vehicles only in the designated areas provided for guests of this property.
Waste Disposal
During your stay, please place waste in designated bins and bring it to the collection area on scheduled pickup days.
Trash should not be left in public or common areas.
Security
When leaving the property, guests are required to lock the doors, close the windows, and take steps to prevent any damages.
Guests are responsible for the security of their belongings and valuables left in the rooms, as the owner is not liable for any losses.
When leaving the property, please make sure to turn off the lights, all electrical devices, and close the water taps to save energy and ensure safety.
Protection of Property
Removing furniture, towels, bedding, or pillows from the property is not allowed.
Guests are required to take care of the owner’s property and report any damages. They must replace any damaged items or pay from the security deposit.
Guest Registration
Upon arrival, guests are required to present their identification to the host for registration purposes.
