About the property
The villa's interior blends elements of a traditional Istrian house (thick stone walls, fireplace, and window and door frames) with modern touches (unique, high-quality furnishings and wrought-iron railings). Villa Milena is spacious, air-conditioned, and spread across three levels connected by internal stairs, with the first and second floors also having external entrances.
On the ground floor, you'll find a hallway leading to a bedroom, WC, bathroom, and laundry room, as well as a kitchen and dining area with a table for eight. The living room opens to an exercise room, and from the kitchen, you can access the summer kitchen that blends perfectly with the outdoor ambiance. Here you will find a gas outdoor grill with barbecue utensils and a table with chairs for eight people, ideal for summer meals outdoors.
The second floor has another kitchen with a dining area, a spacious bathroom with a massage tub, a bedroom, and a living room. The third floor offers two additional bedrooms, another bathroom with WC, and a children's corner with numerous toys and a play area, making the villa perfect for families with children.
The back of the villa offers a majestic view of Mount Učka, a perfect spot to relax and recharge for the challenges ahead. Enjoy preparing meals on the gas grill while the children play on the playground with swings, a trampoline, and hanging bowling. In the evenings, romantic lighting around the pool creates an unforgettable atmosphere.

On the first floor, there is a hallway, kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), and a bathroom with WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a bread maker, a regular fryer, and an air fryer.
In the attic, there are two bedrooms with double beds (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with WC.
The house also includes a small gym and a bathroom with WC with direct access to the pool.
